The primary objective of this visit was to assess and confirm that KABU TVET continues to maintain the already established standards for KASNEB courses, which served as the basis for the institution's grant of full accreditation.

    The comprehensive monitoring visit by KASNEB officers focused on several crucial aspects to ensure that the quality of education provided at Kabarak University TVET Institute met the highest standards. Here are the key areas that the assessors scrutinized:

    1. General Administration System: The assessors evaluated the institution's administrative processes and systems to ensure efficient and effective management.

    2. Physical Facilities: The physical infrastructure, including tuition facilities, the library, ICT facilities, and staff consultation rooms, were thoroughly examined to ensure they met the requirements for quality education delivery.

    3. Reading Resources: They assessed the availability and quality of physical and learning resources, emphasizing the importance of a well-equipped learning environment.

    4. Current Trainers: The qualifications and competence of the trainers responsible for KASNEB courses were carefully reviewed to ensure they were capable of delivering high-quality education.

    After a thorough assessment, Kabarak University TVET Institute was awarded full accreditation by KASNEB, reaffirming its commitment to maintaining the established standards. This achievement was marked by the issuance of a certificate of accreditation by KASNEB, as mandated by Section 17 of the Accountants Act No. 15 of 2008.

    KABU TVET now stands proudly as an accredited institution for the following KASNEB courses:

    1. Certified Public Accountants (CPA)
    2. Certified Secretaries (CS)
    3. Certified Investment and Financial Analysts (CIFA)
    4. Certified Credit Professionals (CCP)
    5. Accounting Technician Diploma (ATD)
    6. Certificate in Accounting and Management Skills (CAMS)

    In addition to the accreditation, the KASNEB board commended Kabarak University TVET Institute for its commitment to ensuring holistic compliance with the accreditation standards. The assessors were particularly impressed with the magnificent structures on the campus, highlighting that most students prefer Kabarak University TVET institute at the City Campus as a training and examination center.

    Furthermore, KASNEB expressed its commitment to supporting the institution in marketing its programs, recognizing the quality of education Kabarak University TVET Institute offers. They also assured the Institute of their partnership during various events, such as career days, thereby strengthening the bond between the institution and the examining body.
