Kabarak University TVET Institute (KABUTVET) successfully hosted its Inaugural Research and Innovation Day on 22nd January 2026 at the Nakuru City Campus, marking a significant milestone in the Institute’s development in applied research, innovation, and competency-based training. The event brought together TVET students, trainers, university staff, industry professionals, and invited guests in a dynamic forum dedicated to showcasing practical solutions that address real-world challenges. Guided by Kabarak University’s philosophy of Education in Biblical Perspective, the event emphasized ethical, relevant, and impact-driven innovation.
The Kabarak University TVET Institute hosted its annual graduation ceremony today, December 10, 2025, at the City Campus Grounds. Celebrating the commissioning of a new group of certified professionals, the event was guided by the vital theme: "The Entrepreneurial Mindset: Cultivating Innovation and Creativity." Graduates were honoured for completing programs including the CDACC Level 6, Level 5, and Level 4 qualifications, as well as the rigorous NITA Level III and Level II programs.
The Kabarak University City Campus, together with students and staff from the Kabarak University TVET Institute, gathered for a joint chapel service that offered a meaningful time of worship, reflection, and spiritual renewal.
In collaboration with key stakeholders and partners, Kabarak University TVET Institute (KABU TVET) successfully held a Career Open Day on 23rd January 2026 at the Nakuru City Campus. The event aimed to empower youth through education by creating awareness around STEM-related courses, career guidance, and mentorship opportunities, while linking prospective learners to relevant programmes offered at KABU TVET.

On Friday, 30th January 2026, Kabarak University TVET Institute was delighted to welcome our partners from Compassion International. The team, led by manager Lydia Sereya, visited our workshops to explore our training programs and discuss ways to deepen our collaboration in empowering young people with real, hands-on skills.
