On October 15th, 2024, Kabarak University TVET Institute students had the privilege of participating in a transformative Workplace Readiness Training, in partnership with the Federation of Kenya Employers (FKE). Led by Mr. Dancan from FKE, the half-day session focused on equipping students with essential skills such as employability, time management, leadership, and more, aligning their theoretical knowledge with real-world industry expectations.
This initiative is a significant step in bridging the gap between classroom learning and the demands of the job market. We extend our heartfelt gratitude to FKE for their continuous support in preparing our students to face the industry with confidence and competence.
Looking ahead, the TVET Institute is excited about the upcoming innovation training workshop happening today, October 17th, and tomorrow, October 18th, in collaboration with Viktoria Ventures and FKE. We anticipate more fruitful partnerships that empower our students with life-changing skills for the future.
