Kabarak University TVET Institute today held an orientation for the new students at the Nakuru City Campus Library Annex.
The orientation for the third term of the 2022 academic year was an opportunity for the students to familiarize themselves with the institution’s history, vision, and values. The program was moderated by Ms. Faith Yator, Deputy Principal KABU TVET.
“We’re a family here, and I would like you to feel at home and welcome,” said Principal Dr. John Gathii in his welcoming remarks. He encouraged them to be active learners as well as uphold Kabarak Christian values by staying away from any negative influence. Further, he urged them to put their best foot forward as they entered the new season of their lives and that the orientation served as a launching pad before the classes begin.
The new students were also introduced to the staff, student welfare services, the library, laboratories, cafeteria, Student counseling services, and security personnel on campus.
We wish to take this opportunity to welcome all the September 2022 students to the Kabarak TVET family as they step forward in realizing their dreams next week when they commence with lectures.
